DK76...I'm just very skeptical of everything at this point with the restatement of earnings and the delays and misinformation. It makes me wonder what the problems are when I see SEVU claiming to be the largest seller of underwater cameras, then get hit with the recent 8-K (scope of restatements as yet undefined except that they are material). Couple this with the idea that every time I open an outdoor magazine or mail order (BASS PRO, CABELAS, etc)catalog I see a SEVU competitor, namely Aqua-Vu offering the same basic product, to a broad spectrum of buyers with no competition from SEVU. In addition, in viewing both companies dealer lists, I recognize most of the AQUA-VU dealers as bigger retail outlets in their area while finding many of the SEVU dealers to be smaller dive shops. I see SEVU losing their claimed 80% market share quickly and that is one thing that always seemed to be something to fall back on if secureview failed (secureview,which is why I invested originally).

The recent financing offers by insiders does not look like a great deal to me either. Interest rates are low, financing should be relatively easy if the sales are as brisk as claimed. It just means more dilution to stockholders, this along with lower share values concerns me. But maybe I'm all wrong, time will tell. ERue
