NAK/LBSR JV is being "worked" as we now have BH back. We don't know what stage in the process we are with the JV.

SAGE/LBSR is working on the agreement between both companies as stated in the LOI. We know via the LOI that we will hear about this agreement any time between now and 6 weeks or so.

LBSR is aggressive with the Tombstone area as we found something new (Hay Mountain) 3 months ago.

I believe we are not "strapped" for cash as NRs have indicated we are moving as fast as we can with Tombstone.

Glass half empty or half full...I see a half full glass with LBSR moving forward with the plan.

I know, WE don't know the plan, but, LBSR does!
