Not wash trades, wash trades are completely different. Most of the time those are just out of sync trades, happens a lot on stocks with heavy volume. Level 2 will be a bit lagged, and it looks like a trade went through for a higher price or a lower price than the bid/ask. Some times those actually happen and they print at those levels, but the market makers will correct that in your account within a few min to reflect the correct price, which is usually what ever the bid/ask really was at that time.
