Sorry, Risk but they have been giving us the finger since they promised to get the fins to us 6 months ago IMHO and just giving it back. Sure you can say they are producing all you want, but without proof it is meaningless because you have not seen it and can only trust SP, who is not credible by his past record. Trust but verify and it sure is hard to verify anything when what is supposedly happening is half the world away and they know it!
