Rufus never had any type of Euroclear trading access. I had his login information. Do you realize that there are only a few that are authorized to trade on Euroclear. Also there are special codes required for each bond and only the bond owner has these codes. It would be impossible for anyone, unless they have a high level of access to view the bonds.

I spoke with someone with this type of access and was able to see that Rufus never owned any of the bonds.

My question if why wasn't Sabra charged. To me she is the biggest crook in this whole thing. She made the first contact with FHAL and then hooked them up with Rufus prior to the merger and then presented bonds to Rufus that were in question.
