awesome, the lower the share price the more shares are diluted, hence the cheaper we buy.. it's a win win for everyone, unless you bought in the .005's .006's and .007's that is, or until the A/S is maxed then raised..

example; Danny needs $100k, he adds 30m shares to the O/S at today's price of .004, after discount funders get shares at .0033.. if the share price was .007 after the same 30% discount to funders (.005) he'd add around 20m shares instead of the 30m at today's price..

so bring PUMA down so he sells in the .002's and Danny can raise the A/S and add another 50m shares to the O/S, smart thinking..
