Whats about depreciation on an start up subsidiary and making revenues on leasing aggregates to each other to minimize taxes on earnings? I believe it´s a normal practice in corporate/ consolidated companies to reduce tax payments, at least in Europe. I dont know the Nevadian tax law. Just a thought...
I think it would not be positive to sell off an (hopefully)profit making gold-bearing area? Regarding Pilot Mountain projekt W
the tungsten based deposit perhaps requires "non-company related" practices to mine and produce the tungsten ore so they focussed their portfolio only on gold production.
I dont like the idea of any handing out our future capital and I hope they will not do.
