Lots of people hoping and praying to sell at .0003 and lots of people waiting to buy .0002's. And thus the stalemate.

If Rico were smart he'd pump up some excitement with lots of news. Sadly the reality is he sees all those offers at .0002 and knows his funder will continue to buy his dilution as long as there is those large blocks there waiting.
