If we knew that, we'd all be rich because we're all psychics :P

Best guess is that it's filed with the 10-k. That's also the best case scenario. We could also see a scenario where they are still negotiating and we could also see a scenario where the merger fell through. I am leaning toward the first option heavily, though.
