Response from CB concerning the non dtc issue

Thank you for the link.

Apparently this has been the situation since May. I will forward this to Mr Misawa to address. I am confident he will make this a priority following the completion of the acquisition. Having worked with companies in the past that have had this happen, I know it's not something that can not be resolved in a matter of a day or two but it can be resolved.
