This gives some sort of timeline regarding said contract. Its a little confusing and it appears that bids are due by the end of December? but says that contract award is still set for Q3FY11, if you scroll down towards the bottom it shows various timelines. Does anyone here talk government contract talk? Luckydog, sir, can u interpret this?
