The key with a BK stock is whether or not common shares will be cancelled. I personally look for BK stocks that have Assets greater than Liability and the company just needs to restructure their finances. I'd be shocked if common shares were cancelled here for Beacon, besides the lawyers in the court room Friday stated that shareholders should be okay. Looking good so far. You should take a look at all the court documents being filed.

As for PCFG, not even going to touch them for now. We'll see what happens in a few weeks. I haven't looked to see when the next Q report will be but I think that's the next catalyst for this stock.

Of course, don't listen to a message board rat, make your own plays as you see it. ;)
