There's no doubt in my mind the company is struggling. I mean, you can look at the economy and the real estate market and see that any small business in this type of market is going to have a hard time.

Fortunately, due to the experience the management has, the opportunity of acquisitions/mergers, and the rate of rebounding going on in the market/economy, we will see the company moving forward with the progress.

On the flip-side of that, the company has been quiet way too long and whether or not they think it's appropriate to update shareholders, it's in the company's best interest to keep shareholders up-to-date even if the news is bad.
