Technically, no. According to Duffy, the audit has been completed, which is the only requirement of the 10Q to be "completed". Posting the 10Q is really not the responsibility of the company, but the SEC.

It was completed Friday. I'd expect to see it today, but probably this afternoon. They would have until 1700 today to post it to meet the 5 day extension, but the SEC could drag their feet.
