I'm implying that Australia is catching up with the rest of the develop world in applying a carbon tax like what was set out in the Kyoto agreement 1997 that all but two developing counties did not sign the agreement back 1997 were. Australia and the USA
Now it seems Australia has taken steps to sign and move forward. See link

Thanks for giving us an update on Australia's policy on carbon tax.

I lived in Brisbane for 4 years before heading to the USA and Canada I have family and friends in Brisbane so this will effect them to.

As we both agree, it going to be a boom for the lithium battery sector which will cause a huge demand on a limited supply.
