Once again, Binda1, you might want to contact BR/WGM to let them know about this legal exposure - I'll bet ya that this thought may never have even crossed their minds!

If you let them know about how they may have left themselves open to future lawsuits, they might be so grateful that they might just agree to "help out" the H's (and maybe even the Dime Ltw's) as a token of their appreciation for your pointing this out to them! You know, kinda like "doin' us a solid" for bailing them out of a bad situation.

The "Ps" is dead serious, with no sarcasm on my part. They WILL be billing . . . I just wish that they would be billing YOU for your "help" instead of the poor, hapless shareholders.

Think of it as "Constructive Criticsm" but with the added sense of frustration at how you really are becoming "like school in summertime."
