If Judge Walrath approved the GSA then could it not be stated that she also inadvertently approved the fraudulent transfer?

Sure, Binda1, it "could it not be stated that she also inadvertently approved the fraudulent transfer."

Poor Judge Walrath is probably not even aware that she was an unwitting accomplice to this fraud! Yikes!

Please note that this is my blunt, not so subtle attempt at sarcasm.

Please further note that you could understand the workings of this case, the history of this case, the analysis (right or wrong) that Judge Walrath undertook in allowing the §363 sale to JPMC, and where things now stand, by reading FOR YOURSELF, and not taking my word for it, or going by what others are "apparently" saying about this case.

I'll link it for you, but won't chew it for you:

Judge Walrath's Opinion Denying Confirmation of WMI's Plan of Reorganization, dated January 7, 2001

Please, Binda1, please stop!

I'm begging you.
