FF..even when you think that the company cannot mislead shareholders any more than they already have, they sink to new lows. IMO, I believe that the company will not come clean to shareholders until their 100 million new shares are approved...AND THEY WILL...Why???? as long as they keep telling shareholders that they "EXPECT"...people hold on to the hope that they will at least get their money back. Without the new dilution, the company will cease to exist and the "friendly investors" will somehow get the company and its IP. (whatever good that will do them...cause the friendly investors were only in edig to fleece common shareholders).Edig management in its current state is as pathetic a group of people that money can buy.
