I think we all know that there will be delays etc. The important think is that when you called up these guys no one said

"HUH, WHAT PLANT"...

SO now we know that the plant is going to be built. That being the case this stock is grossly under valued!!

IMO...Look for huge volume starting ummm...tomorrow...and for the rest of the week except for Thursday which is your Turkey Day!!
