Penny Stock Millionaire

I am a teenager and new to penny stocks, I am currently investing with a couple K and would appreciate some help. How do you guys find specific penny stocks? How do you search? Anyone have any good links to learn? I just signed up for email alerts and am looking forward to learning more. I also was wondering if anyone has checked out MMTC? It seems like a unique penny stock and could have a lot of potential come next year. Any thoughts on the company? If anyone could be of assistance to me I would greatly appreciate it, especially from you experts! Best of luck to all and thanks in advance.
