Please read my posts carefully. They file the bare minimum that they are required to file to remain a publicly traded company. They do not nor have they ever filed a complete detailed 10K or 10Q that I can find in the last 5 years but I could be wrong so please post up a complete 10K or 10Q recent for Lyric.


These facts should not be the only ones weighing on investment decisions. The last financial update of LYJN is a five year old Interim Financial Report. The company is not making SEC filings.
