The IBM "Deal"
Where's the dollar figures? The IBM VAN "partnership" is described thus:
["IBM can partner with any company in the world, if it so chooses," stated Mark Meller, CEO of Trey. "The fact that they have entered into this agreement with our company validates SWK's presence and position in the marketplace."]

Actually, it works in the reverse. Any company can partner with IBM by being a VAN reseller.

But good for investors who doubled! Sell half and ride the free shares! It's very much a game of hot potato. Look at investor sells, see the filings for dilutive factors. Long term holders have no chance.
