Dude, there is no one making revenues on extracts in the USA without being subjecting to criminal and civil penalties. Pharma is only making revenues on synthetic THC (marinol, drabinol, etc.)

The Harborside rule is the major hurdle and that would take federal legislation or supreme court to overturn the rule.
