Vizzeco Announces Joint Venture with Leading Linux and Open Source Solutions Provider

Mississauga, ON, Canada (11/03/2011)- Vizzeco, a licensed world-wide reseller of Google® products and services, today announced plans to enter into a joint venture with Starnix Inc., a Toronto-based Linux and open source solutions provider. A letter of intent between the two organizations is being finalized this week.

The purpose of the joint venture is to combine Vizzeco’s unique international Google Apps® reseller agreement and management team with Starnix’s project execution and development expertise. The resulting entity is intended to merge with Action Products International Inc., a publicly-traded US company. Following the merger, the organization will be well-prepared to capitalize on the soon-to-be-released Google+ ® for Business, expected in Q1 2012.

The landscape has changed when it comes to social media for business.
