Zen lunatic420, re: VSR ...
You may be right, but I'm not so sure... though I agree Versar's PR was a little vague, the military release seems a bit more clear, they don't mention any other companies, nor could I find any on the same release, here it is ...
Versar Inc., Springfield, Va., was awarded July 6, 2005, a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for environmental engineering, professional, technical and remedial services that could amount to up to $598 million over a potential 10-year-period. Services topics include: installation restoration, environmental quality, environmental planning, as well as natural and cultural resources for the Air National Guard at locations throughout the United States and its territories. Work will be performed throughout the United States. The contract is expected to be completed June 30, 2015. The National Guard Bureau, Environmental Support Branch in Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity. (W9133L-05-D-0010)
Though I realize they may not see all of the potential amount, it should still bode well for the next ten years.
And if you look back over the last couple of weeks, they ahve been racking up some smaller awards as well. Regards,
