The only thing that would change my mind would be if they decided to raise the shares to a billion

That is HIGHLY LIKELY with the dilution that is going on. They are running out of room with the A/S, so they will be forced to raise it. Why? So that there is more room to issue more O/S.

I should have added THAT to my 'scenerio' as to why this stock is headed down. Thanks for reminding me. ....rule
