According to paid "peoplefinders" search(es), Kelly Fulton worked with/for Victoria Wright and has several properties joint in her name with Ms. Wright in and around Miami. As Ms. Wright died at the beginning of 2011, it appears that Kelly may even be the executor of the estate and that is why the joint property interests.

Victoria Wright was the owner of Winding River Corp. WRC was the largest shareholder of OMDA (NOT the largest voting shareholder thanks to AEB's self-given super-voting shares) and Victoria was arguably the "partner" of AEB and the person who tried to keep him in line. Thus, is is probable that Kelly Fulton has possession or control of records relating to AEB and his very questionable (at best) business transactions in OMDA and therefore it appears that this is exactly what I thought it would turn out to be.

It is my VERY HIGH OPINION that Kelly Fulton has the goods on Barnett and he is trying to harass, intimidate and/or threaten her. Barnett appears to again show he is the exact POS we have grown to know and love....and someone who needs to be in jail. Not for rehab, that will never happen, but to simply protect the public from him being loose to prey upon society.
