This may sound out of bounds and far-fetched, but if the MIT 1000a can detect these tiny, microscopic pathogens now, why not down the road, with a little tinkering, could this not detect very early cancer cells. It won't cure the cancer but any doctor will tell you early detection is key to survival/curing cancer. Wouldn't that be fantastic to be apart of a compamy that can detect/prevent e-coli, salmonella and even possibly cancer, and I'm not talking about the money here. IMO Junebug
