Speculation, but a nice positive attitude.

Ireland itself will have to smooth things out a bit more before it can overcome the woes of the Euro.

Italy is making preemptive moves, Spain needs to pull its head out and Portugal, well Portugal needs more tourists.

Once business moves back into Ireland then we will see some strong movement upward...JMO
