Part of the compromise was that Dave Williams chose the company to do the copying and Kyle chose the company to do the shipping... Both provided competitive estimates and were respected in their industries. Valley Document Solutions was in Fresno so it made good sense to go with them. They were accommodating and very professional. They also delivered a superior product at a fair price for the geographic region. The shipping company was hundreds of dollars less than anyone I could find anywhere. In both cases I sought out at least three competitive estimates to ensure that I was being a good steward of the funds that I was entrusted with. All of it has been carefully documented should it come up later in a lawsuit.
