they rolled back the common and preferred. it wold not make sense to reduce the outstanding. Company wise this is a good thing bottom feeder trader wise they get screwed agreed. Longs average out at the right times and they wait.

I believe in what they have an I'll be rewarded I'm sure the bottom feeders need stock so they will be all over this
