PhillipD, I don't understand why this unlimited share issue is a big concern as the company has not shown any indication that they are running a share printing operation.

Remember, this is NOT your typical "stinky pinky" that prints millons of shares once they have the unimited authorization to do so. BMSPF is a REAL fully reporting company.

Am I missing something here??
