Nothing that you do is disturbing to shareholders. Rather, disturbed shareholders must do what they must to satisfy themselves. If you are willing to plunk down the $$$ necessary to get to the bottom, then do so. No one wants you not to pursue all avenues open to get DD done. We just don't like all of the complaining and whining. I've often said that if someone has a problem, quit bitching about it and do something. If that is what you want to do, then do it. Doesn't bother me a bit. I've seen a hundred like you on other boards, and some are right and some or wrong. The proof is in the pudding. I think it is easier to spend money on the front end doing DD then it is on the back end filing diritive actions, but then, I'm just a clerk in my mom and pop store. Good luck.
