MNLU seems to reek of manipulation and misrepresentation. @Ecomike - why aren't you sticking up for Mike Parker (the phantom)? Look at historical trading, paid for advertising...

This co. 'may have been' a pump and dump. by a promoter Brent Pierce and it's only a matter of time before an investigation occurs I bet.

If you go to Exhibit A of Urquhart's lawsuit, he was a FORMER MNLU DIRECTOR, you will see that 'Bill Thomas' and MNLU are on there as alleged Pierce controlled companies/affiliates.

Hmmm... Isn't Bill the CFO and Chairman of 'MNLU and several others'?

Lexington Resources is on that Urquhart list. Pierce earned a $2.2 million dollar 'disgorgement order' from the SEC in June 2010 and another $7.2 million in July 2011 for 'reaping undisclosed profits as the beneficiary of Newport Capital Corp.' Google this: "lexington resources pierce" and read the postings.

On the Urquhart list are several other companies, which are worth looking at... Isn't Billy Thomas the CFO of a bunch of them?
