MikeS, thanks for that recap. Just so I understand, does the 0.40 estimate include the tax benefit? And other quarters are untaxed?

Last year's eps were fully taxed at 38%, so I'm confused as to why they would get a benefit now. Plus, it makes the quality of their earnings this year VERY suspect, if untaxed AND inclusive of a tax benefit.
