We can always take out an MM. The method I have seen professionals use is to keep pounding the ASK with SMALL LOTS of shares. For some reason, if an MM is sitting on the ASK and they are pounded with small lots of shares over and over, they will move up off the ASK.

This method does not use much money and is fun to do when you are in a position to do it.
