I don't pump, I have better things to do with my time.

Yes I have heard of a buyout while doing research into this stock.

It could be old news, I don't know, all I know is I seen it in passing while doing some research, that is why I said I heard rumors and did not know of any dates in particular.

Search Google you will see it discussed there.
