I think the company should understand when its time to issue an PR to avvoid unnecessary stress or speculations arround the company. To me that is an act of respect towards the shareholders.

You should always explain the rationals to your shareholders if you´re take extraordinary action that could affect or could be seen to affect the value of the shares. Its always better to give more information then less.... Attacking the shareholders because they speculate is not the way to go, it only shows a disrespect for there worries and concern.

Obviously there is a lot of concern and speculations surrounding the company (just look at where the share is trading) - if there´s nothing strange about the actions taken, it shouldn´t be that hard to explain. There is never any value in waiting with the information. If you cant leave any information, due to any reason - at least tell us that.

Especially in this uncertain market there can be shareholders that are under great economic pressure and I cant see any reason to add to that... This can of course also lead to saledecision that isn´t well grounded because of this lack of information. So please be as good as you can be instead of complaining about how much you dislike to comment on this forum.

If a company handles its PR-department right, there is no ground for speculation on forums like this.
That and only that should be the way to go!
