My apologies for being gone so much, but I've been attending to a new job and other various personal things. From what I've been able to gather from sending a few emails to APII, is that the quiet period continues and they are still slogging through paperwork for OTC MArkets and for the acquisition.

I, too, got the dividend in my accounts that hold shares in APII.

Will stop in when I can.
