I have to agree. In the case of MMTC an R/S makes sense and I have no concerns of the impact on share price. I have been involved in a few penny stocks that have been through R/S and although they weren't necessarily a surprise I knew it was just the start of a new round of dilution and a decline in share value.
When I was listening to the interview and I heard the reference to an R/S I had no concern whatsoever. I believe that MMTC is at the point in time where with or without an R/S the price is going to rise. There's just more opportunities for them with an R/S. I'm not sure of the specifics but I would rather see them do one now rather than increase the A/S.

I enjoyed the interview and it just solidified my investment in the company.

Looks like 2012 will be a great year!
