Why doesn't Black make everything up since you claim he is not "promise bound" due to being on the pink sheets.

For example - "We've received a takeover offer from an anonymous entity for 2 bucks a share - 1 month later - we feel we are being undervalued - so we decided not to sell after all (meanwhile shared were being pumped and dumped)

Normal rules of human decency, and to trust the CEO, require however that a person deliver on their promises - whether they are pink sheets or not.

If a CEO doesn't provide this, the share price will be in the toilet. Wait a minute - it is.
