agreed in fact if I'm not mistaken I believe the original e-mail suggested if "THEY" could not come up with another substantial option that either that could happen or it would just be dissolved which the later is looking more an more realistic at this point. "UNFORTUNATELY" or all of us share holders but it's the name of the game in penny land. IMO we would have better luck going Gold mining now...Hmmmmmmm good idea looking into it now as I did live in AK. for 8 years
