When will they learn that the best way to get to know someone is

with a handshake, a name say, and a smile and not a telephone

surveillance job, a read of bank and credit, a criminal background

check, an investigator to tag along, and questions for family

members. The "smart way in this example" is actually stupid and

does very little to build trust.
