You make his actions sound bad, talking up the Company in ways that increase percieved value is his job. If he does it in conjunction with a 504 offering to help sell shares at a time when the Company needs funds to execute their business plan and stay in business then that helps all shareholders in the long run. I mean, what did you want him to say... "Hey everybody, things are going great but we need some money and the only way we can do it is to sell 700MM shares over the next few months, buy 'em while they're hot!!!"?
