Not all manuals, according to high authority. Some are still outstanding, for the reasons I stated earlier.

But not to worry. The FAA has been aware of Baltia's content in these easier manuals for some time, so that once the technical staffing requirements are met so they can be resubmitted, they should move through the system on a shorter clock than the much harder maint. manuals and shouldn't significantly hold things up.

Once the manuals are approved, things should move forward very fast through hiring, training and proving flights to launch.
