It's my understanding that Mr. Foo has returned from China. The 10K and 10Q are still at the auditors and are due to be finalized at anytime. Management is making certain that all the grey areas are fully addressed so that going forward reporting compliance will be a "piece of cake". Clean slate approach. Personally I expect substantial financing to be announced within days of the filing. I can't understand why anyone is selling any shares now.
