I just bought 100,000 shares and put my limit at .0003. The bid was over 1 billion at .0001. And, the ask was .0002 x 5000. My assumption was that once 5000 shares filled, the next 95,000 would fill at .0003. Again, it filled with two orders at .0002. The first was 5000 shares, and you guessed it, the second was 95,000 shares. I am keeping a paper trail, and documenting what is going on here with the misrepresentations and manipulations with these brokerage firms. I have never seen anything so blatant as what we are seeing with these MM's. It is a shame considering the potential of this company. They have assets, and are clearly working towards mining the vast potential in the ground with gold and silver. The most obvious example of corporate due diligence to its shareholders is the fact that the company posted a $500,000 bond with Colorado to continue with its permiting process. Do you know any company that would put up that kind of money if the only purpose of the company is to sell stock to keep its principals enriched to the tune of considerably less than most dual income Americans earn per year? You can see the progress. Another point, my guess is that Guyer doesn't return calls or say a word to anyone because if he spoke to anyone (especially in response to this Board) it would spread like wildfire, most likely be misconstrued, and would give the appearance of a leak or pumping by company officials. It's actually smart that he says nothing considering where the company is right now. If the assay results are terrible, it would be just as bad for someone on the Board to say he or she spoke with him and a frenzy ensues over the statement or post. If the assay results are great, then the same situation. The bottom line is that the "no communication" in light of all the other positives appears to me as something is being put together, or news on the drilling/assay, is coming in the near future. As to the mill permit, it is not important right now. In fact, do you really think it's a good idea to have a permit issued but no assay results? Do you think it's important to have a permit issued and you have to import another company's ore to mill? That would mean giagantic start up costs - and the company doesn't have that money yet. In fact, a mill permit being granted would cause a frenzy and then a complete let down when nothing happens; and again, until assay results. However, if you haven't noticed this company is acquiring, acquiring, acquiring. Even if they acquire what appears to be another flailing company, they are doing it smartly, and for a reason. I said it before, Guyer's background is about getting companies on their feet and sold. I think we will see a sale of company in the future. I could be next week, or next year. My guess is that the company, with all of its acquired assets, will be worth a lot when hell breaks loose with the soveriegn debt crisis unleashing gold and silver to heights that will make the 1979/80 era look like tame. While the fed reserve and central banks around the world have been calling gold a relic to the news media, they have been quietly acquiring gold over 550% more in than last few years than they ever have. Silver's historical corelation to gold, and its recent demand for industrial use, will make it the greatest investment in the last century. And, the junior mining companies will go up like a spring board so much that it will make the dot.com era look insignificant. You will not see this stuff on the 6pm news, or on the front page of your paper. Most of you already know that you have to search news on alternative sites to obtain this kind of information. Only in the last month has the liberal media been touching on these subjects. About 3 months ago I saw a news clip of a reporter talking about gold and she said that gold is a bubble because it is "not backed by anything." That alone should make us all turn off the tv. When you take all the stories, put them side by side, and focus, it's scary what you begin to see.

As I write this, someone actually sold shares at .0001. This is exactly what I am talking about it. The stock has an ask at .0003 at open today, and it does to .0003 on a small trade. But, once the MM's got involved the .0002's get unleashed. And, once in a while they bleed in a few at .0001 to keep the stock pps artificially supressed. Unless something is done about this, we can all just wait until the .0002's are gone, and then we can relive this entire exercise at .0003, and so forth.

Good luck.
