Theres a pointed question- in terms of dilution - I have stated in the past that the impact is overstated. Are there too many Shares outstanding? Yes! But the major dilution happens in april 2010. Since then they have garnered 20k clients and almost 3/4s of a million dollars in sales.

The fact that s/o really did not change over the last quarter is a good sign. The drop in price is most likely ties to non dilution events. The only recorded dilution that could occur is ties to the Warrants issued for 145 million shares. But to exercise those warrants the price needs to be above .005. Even then they probably would not be exercised for quotes some time since they are open for a few years.

Revs are the key. If they can reflect the revs I would expect for 21k users then this is a cash flow positive stock and dilution should slow down to the point of being eliminated. I think the odds that there are better times ahead is stronger than not and I will be timing a sizable reentry to benefit from that.

Everyone has their opinion - some moe supportable than others. But do your own dd. and good luck.
