You really do not get it do you? Do you think for a minute that if Mgt. had filed the Fins as promised and told us what we had (assuming the million or more expected value) the stock would be at .007? Of course, it would'nt. Them fulfilling the promise to deliver the Fins. and showing us they were successful would have the stock back up to it's highs or better for the year. One begets the other.
