I question the legal skills of any lawyer that submits a suit that does not have specific statements. Even I know as a layman that you have to be specific and not general with any lawsuit. Even then you are lucky to be successful. He lost money and now wants to cost DJ money. Revenge is his motivation I suspect. JMO. Getting FDA approval throws all suits in the trash. That's the best defense.
